Breathe & Bloom With Lynn ("I," "me," "my"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect through aholisticheart.com (the "Site") and through my sessions, programs, and BLOOM membership, and how I use and protect it.
1. Information I collect on the Site
- Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, and billing address when you sign up for a free resource, book a session, buy a program, join BLOOM, or contact me
- Payment information: card payments are handled by Stripe. I don't see or store your full card number.
- Automatic information: like most websites, the Site collects basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, using cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics
2. How I use it
- To deliver what you signed up for, booked, or purchased
- To send emails you've asked for, such as free resources, session reminders, BLOOM updates, and occasional newsletters and offers
- To process payments and keep records
- To answer your questions and improve the Site
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
3. Who I share it with
I never sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me run my business, and only as needed:
- AttractWell, which hosts my Site, email, membership, and booking
- Stripe, to process payments
- Zoom, to hold online sessions
- Google Analytics, to understand how the Site is used
I may also share information if required by law.
4. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently respond to these signals.
5. Your sessions: 1:1, in-home, BLOOM and group events
Health information: Before your first session, I ask about health conditions that could affect your safety during breathwork. I use this only to keep you safe and to shape our sessions, and I never share it without your written consent, except where required by law.
What you share in sessions: Anything you share with me in a private session stays between us, except where the law requires otherwise. I keep private session notes securely for at least three years, and they're never shared without your written consent.
Group sessions and BLOOM:
- Live sessions are held on Zoom. Cameras are encouraged but never required.
- BLOOM sessions are recorded and added to The Transformation Vault for members only. Personal sharing is edited out of replays before they're posted.
- Members can post in the BLOOM chat room and message each other privately. Please only share what you're comfortable with other members seeing, and keep what others share private.
- I don't use your name, image, or anything you share in a session in my marketing without your permission.
Signed agreements: I keep your accepted Client Agreement for at least three years, as California requires.
6. Your choices
- Review or update your information: log in to your account, or email me and I'll update it for you
- Delete your information: email me to ask, and I'll delete what I'm not required to keep by law or for my records (such as payment records and signed Client Agreements)
- Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as well
7. Keeping your information safe
I use trusted services and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site and my services are for adults 18 and older. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If I make changes, I'll post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. For important changes, I'll also let you know by email.
